Lama's Aromatic Incense

Bhim Lama
is 28 years old and was born in Kavre, Burahani, Nepal
The family of Bhim Lama was very poor, and, as many poor families in Nepal, they
could not afford to feed, clothe or school Bhim. As a solution they offered Bhim
to a Buddhist monastery to learn a trade and help with the monasteries work. There
he lived and studied with other children from poor families until he was 14 years.
In the monastery Bhim learned the life of service to others. He left the monastery
as a young man to come to Kathmandu. The first job was running a rickshaw, and
with the little money that he gained helped others who not as fortunate to have
a job as he was.
Bhim Lama has been working for The Direct Help Foundation for the past 7 years and
brings with him the incense making knowledge he learned
as a child in the monastery.
We
are pleased to bring you Bhim's line of aromatic incenses.
Each roll
contains 21, 9" sticks.

with all the incenses produced by The Direct Help Foundation,
50% of each sale goes directly back to the Foundation to
help the Kumary House Orphanages,
and other projects, making the Nepalese women, children, and elderly self sufficient. |
